Refund & Return Policy

Because every item is made specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
1. Wrong size ordered
2. Change of mind
3. Incorrect color selected

We will gladly replace or refund orders if:
1. The product arrives damaged.
2. The item has a manufacturing defect.
3. The wrong item was sent.

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and include:
1. Order number
2. Photos of the product
3. Description of the issue
Approved replacements or refunds will be processed at no additional cost.
